Swedish Nutrition is the lifelong work of Ubbe Liljeblad, a health expert and trainer of bodybuilders and extreme athletes for 30 years. Ubbe also owned and operated gyms as well as a food addiction and weight-management clinic in Seattle where he lived with his wife and children. There he worked with patients and doctors to address issues including metabolic lock-up, cellular. endocrine, organ dysfunction, and many other related medical imbalances. Ubbe's clients have ranged from overweight non-athletes to extreme athletes and bodybuilders. Ubbe can relate well to extreme training since he also competed in bodybuilding in the 80's. In 2017 Ubbe started the development of Thor's Viking Bar. He wanted to create a whole food bar that simply does what it is supposed to do and still taste great.
