WHAT ARE SOME BENEFITS OF FAT?THORS BAR is a fairly low fat bar. We mainly use fats from the raw coco bean, and coconut. Contrary to some belief, there are plenty research suggesting that saturated fat is the healthy fat. We do not use seed oils or stabilized fats.

DOES THOR’S BAR CONTAIN SUGAR?There is no sugar added in our bars as it damages cells and prevents muscle and strength gain. In addition, sugar will exhaust many crucial functions in your body. CAN I STILL USE THIS BAR?Thor's Bar was primarily developed for extreme athletes, in particular, bodybuilders and power-lifters who need high amounts of protein; however, it is a great source of protein for anybody looking for cellular repair after a tough workout or strenuous activity. TELL ME ABOUT THE GLYCERIN IN THOR’S BAR.Glycerin is a naturally occurring sugar alcohol compound We use vegetable glycerin, with a glycemic index of 3. It’s produced by using a mechanical extraction process, similar to when your peanut butter separates, and leave oil on top. Glycerin is a humectant and helps you hold water in your muscle cells. Our glycerin is from palm oil, not soy.

WHAT DOES A PDCAA SCORE OF 1 MEAN?The protein used in Thor’s Bar has a PDCAA Score of 1! This means that it is the most absorbable protein available. In addition, our protein is of the highest concentration possible. This way you get more protein, but less fat, and lactose.
